Her career began on the front lines of direct support, where she discovered a passion for improving the systems that allow caregivers to do their best work.

After earning her Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and First Aid/CPR certifications, Nathalie moved into program management roles — overseeing daily operations, staff teams, and compliance for multiple residential facilities across Maryland. She developed a reputation for turning struggling programs into high-performing, inspection-ready operations.

Recognizing that many small and mid-sized residential programs lacked access to professional consulting, Nathalie founded Bina LLC to bridge that gap.
